Sales Lentz Group
Supporting Sales Lentz Group in creating a modern, accessible, and user-centric the new Voyage Leonard website to enhance the online travel experience.
Voyages Léonard, a key player in the tourism sector in Belgium and Luxembourg, initiated the redesign of its website to improve usability and modernize its digital presence. The project aimed to clarify the site’s structure, ensure consistency across all pages, and enhance accessibility while aligning with the company’s long-term vision. Agile Partner was brought in to lead the initial research and definition phases and to guide internal teams in applying design best practicesthroughout the process.

Understanding Users and Context
The first step of the collaboration focused on understanding users, content, and business needs. Through user interviews and workshops with internal teams, Agile Partner gathered insights on how the website was used and where friction occurred in navigation and conversion flows.
A set of personas was created to represent key audiences, including B2B partners, B2C customers, and suppliers. These insights helped identify the main usability issues and informed the design priorities for the next steps.
Defining the Structure and Design Principles
In the definition phase, Agile Partner organized card-sorting sessions and storymapping workshops to reorganize the site’s content architecture and clarify the user journey. The result was a new information hierarchy and navigation model that better reflects user expectations and business priorities.
Foundations for a design system were also introduced, covering color palettes, typography, spacing, and component patterns. These assets served as a scalable base for future visual and functional evolutions while ensuring accessibility and visual coherence across devices.
Empowering
Internal Teams
After defining the core design and structural principles, Agile Partner provided coaching and support to Voyages Léonard’s internal teams during the implementation phase. The focus was on building autonomy, ensuring consistent design application, and embedding accessibility in every decision.
Collaborative reviews, Figma annotations, and design QA sessions helped align designers, developers, and business stakeholders. This approach ensured that good design practices were not only applied but also understood, creating a long-lasting design culture within the organization.
