Banque de Luxembourg
Empowering Banque de Luxembourg to build a culture of digital accessibility through audits, coaching, and sustainable design practices.
Banque de Luxembourg set out to reinforce its digital accessibility by aligning its platforms with Luxembourgish standards and building internal expertise. The main challenge was to ensure compliance across its key platforms while making accessibility an integral part of everyday design and development. The ultimate goal was to turn inclusivity into a core element of its digital strategy.

Building Accessible Foundations
Over an 18-month collaboration, Agile Partner carried out comprehensive accessibility audits using the RAWEB and RAAM frameworks. These assessments measured compliance, identified areas for improvement, and produced clear, actionable roadmaps covering design, development, and editorial practices.
More than technical evaluations, this mission was built on close collaboration with UX and UI designers, developers, and product teams. Accessibility principles were made understandable, applicable, and measurable throughout every delivery stage. The result was a strong foundation that turned accessibility from a corrective activity into a proactive and integrated part of the design and development process.
Coaching and Knowledge Transfer
Agile Partner’s role extended far beyond auditing. Through coaching sessions, pair coding, and pair designing activities, teams learned to apply accessibility best practices directly in their daily workflows. Tailored workshops and internal awareness sessions helped spread a shared understanding of accessibility’s impact on user experience, compliance, and brand reputation.
This initiative enabled teams from multiple disciplines to integrate accessibility into their agile processes. By empowering designers, developers, and business teams with the right tools and methods, accessibility became an essential and natural part of the organization’s way of working.
From Compliance
to Culture
A key achievement of this collaboration was reaching full RAAM compliance for the mobile design system. This milestone ensured that all future components and pages would inherit accessibility by default, creating a scalable and sustainable foundation for future developments.
Beyond technical success, this engagement led to a true cultural shift within Banque de Luxembourg. Awareness and ownership of accessibility grew across the organization, from product teams and designers to management and leadership. What started as a compliance project evolved into a long-term transformation, embedding inclusivity, empathy, and accessibility at the heart of the bank’s digital strategy.
“Agile Partner provided us with deep accessibility expertise and pragmatic guidance that helped us significantly improve compliance and the overall user experience of our digital platforms.”
