In 2 days, the team acquires the same level of knowledge and put into practice agile methods:

• Introduction to agility, practice Agile values and principles as Scrum
• Discovery of the Scrum framework
• Teamwork and self-organization
• Importance of vision-product
• Full project (concept of job-value, estimations, prioritization)
• Scrum roles with a focus on the Scrum master
• Scrum ceremonies
• Artifacts (User Stories, Backlogs, Burndown charts, Product increment)

Our trainers are experienced and passionate practitioners who are also working with different teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

They will be able to get the participants to acquire the expected knowledge form each course but also share their field experience, while adapting to the context of the participants and answering their specific questions.
