Since 2004, Agile Partner helps its clients leverage the innovation potential of both software technologies and their people. We have decidedly built an open organization in which every staff member (currently more than 55 passionate professionals) is encouraged to develop her competences and to commit to serve and deliver the greatest value to our customers.
Our customers face challenges in business development, digital transformation and innovation. We help them create and maintain a competitive advantage in their market in two ways: we develop custom software solutions and we help their software development teams become more efficient.
This respectful mindset is also aligned with our social responsibility strategy and our interest for sustainable development. Indeed, since October 2016, our actions in those areas have been validated by the “Label RSE” granted by INDR. Even before that, we were amongst the first members of IMS and signatory of the Diversity Charter. It is also very important for us to collaborate on social projects such as the Code Club, which runs free after-school coding clubs for children aged 9-11. We were also proud to be actively involved in the « 3rd Industrial Revolution » initiative of the Luxembourg government in 2016 (http://www.troisiemerevolutionindustrielle.lu/). Finally, we are committed to support entrepreneurship in Luxembourg and the Greater Region by participating in various initiatives and programs including Startup Weekend, Fit 4 Start, Women in Digital Empowerment (WIDE), partnerships with the Technoport and Nyuko. More recently we have partnered with the acceleration program of 6zero1 social incubator to help social entrepreneurs launch and develop their business.
Thanks to a user-centric and agile approach, we can adapt to the specific context and challenges of our customers to create tailor-made software solutions that delight their customers and internal staff. We leverage latest technologies including cloud, web & mobile, data analytics…
We help software development teams work in the most efficient way possible through coaching sessions, technical expertise and training. Each project, each team, each client is different, we support them in the selection and adaptation of the agile practices best suited to their specific needs.
Using Lean / Agile methods our team, composed of Certified Scrum Masters and qualified facilitators, encourages collaboration, skills development and knowledge sharing. We work with various methods and frameworks, such as Scrum, DevOps, Lean, Kanban, XP, SAFe …
Working with Agile Partner means sharing our values. Indeed, our company has endorsed the values of the « Manifesto for Agile Software Development » and pragmatically applies the principles of collaboration, continuous adaptation and individuals’ diversity. Our values of Innovation, Collaboration, Excellence and Ownership apply to both our employees and our customers. In addition, our ethics also emphasizes respect for our employees and our partners.

Agile Primer - Training
The first value of agility is courage. During these two training days, lead with energy, rhythm and and a good sense of humour, our trainer presented agility with both numerous explanations and theoretical examples, then with small situational working groups, allowing to concretely illustrate problems we can encounter and how agility can resolve them. It was a real pleasure to attend this training. It enabled me to see things from a different angle.
Agile Primer - Training
This training was a major upheaval for me. It allowed me to question concepts on my traditional way to approach projects. In fact it is common sense, and the question I asked myself during and after the training was ``why did not I think about it before ?``. I am thrilled about those two training days and in the future, I will obviously add an agile touch in my projects.
